Approximately 30 numbers are required to perform our total loan evaluation process. Once the banker has captured the customer financial information in a standardized format they can evaluate the potential customer.

Data can be captured through an interview process, by importing a spreadsheet, or entering data directly into the application.

Gather the Data with the Data Capture Wizard

If the SME does not have any financial statements or spreadsheets, the SME is taken through an interview process that will allow the SME to create financial statements. The interview consists of 17 questions about the business. If the SME has a spreadsheet our financial statement the information can be immediately imported.

IF the data entry responsibility was placed on the SME (perhaps over the internet or at a bank kiosk) the number of SMEs that would understand bank financial requirements, get access to finance and grow a business would grow exponentially.
